“When life hands you lemons, make lemonade”. Hannah’s mom said it best with this old adage. And my heart nearly burst on Friday as Hannah and Landon decided to make the sweetest of lemonade with a stunning spring elopement.
After 7 years of dating these two were originally planning to celebrate their big wedding day on April 11th. However, after weeks of uncertainty due to Covid-19, a new order was given to shelter in place by midnight on April 3rd. With only a few hours of planning left, Hannah and Landon chose to do an impromptu spring elopement with their immediate family. There were SO many happy tears (I may have had to clean up my mascara mid-ceremony) 🙂 and our hearts were so full. Of course the large wedding will still happen in a few months with all the flair and fun (I can’t wait!!!) but in the meantime Hannah and Landon are officially husband and wife!
Thank you to Black Fox Farms for your amazing hospitality. I know how excited they were to say their vows in the exact place that Landon proposed. Isbill Florist provided the most stunning bouquet and boutonnière. A huge thank you to Greg and Patsy, owners of Impressions Catering and our long time friends, for inviting me to capture an incredible moment for your family. Love you all!
