Booking with Daisy Moffatt Photography

After contacting Daisy Moffatt Photography, we will discuss the details of your event or potential session. We will also send you a link to view our collections and help you design a package that best fits your needs and budget.

Contracts and Deposits

Once you choose your collection we will send you a link to complete your contract. To hold your wedding date, a 30% retainer is due with your signed contract. To book a portrait session, a 50% retainer is required along with your signed contract.

Wedding photography balances are due two weeks before the wedding date. Portrait session balances are due on the date of your shoot.

Limitation of Liability

While every reasonable effort will be made to produce and deliver outstanding photographs of the wedding events, the Photographer’s entire liability to the Client for claim, loss or injury arising from the Photographer’s performance is limited to a refund to the Client of the amount paid for services. Because this is an uncontrolled event, the Photographer cannot guarantee delivery of any specifically requested image(s). As mentioned above, if our services are cancelled for any reason, the retainer paid to reserve the date is nonrefundable. In the unlikely event that the Photographer cannot perform this Agreement in whole or in part due to a fire or other casualty, acts of God or nature or terror, or other cause beyond the control of the Parties or due to illness or injury, then the Photographer shall return all fees to the Client but shall have no further liability with respect to this Agreement. This limitation on liability shall also apply in the event that photographic materials are damaged in processing, lost through camera malfunction, lost in the mail, or otherwise lost or damaged without fault on the part of the Photographer.

Refunds and Cancellations

A booking fee will be retained to reserve event coverage for the service coverage specified in the contract. This fee is a nonrefundable deposit but may be reapplied (subject to availability) if the event is rescheduled within 12 months.

All images and text on this website, whether specifically labeled or not, are copyrighted by Daisy Moffatt Photography and may only be used with the expressed written permission of Daisy Moffatt Photography by their authorized representatives. Copying or reproduction of any photograph in any form is hereby prohibited and protected under Federal Copyright Laws, and enforced to the fullest extent allowable.
