So, I’m excited to say that for the first time we actually had the cops called on us while photographing! Woo Hoo! Now the rebel in me would love to be able to say that we were doing something daring or even illegal to get “the shot” but really it was all a misunderstanding. During Lacey and Brandon’s engagement session apparently a concerned (or maybe nosey?) citizen called the police and swore that we were “illegally hunting” and had guns on public property. When the police began arriving Beau and I nervously held up our “weapons” and showed them that we were just taking pictures. 🙂 Ten minutes and four cops later, we were given the go ahead to continue photographing in the field. Even after all the confusion (and many good laughs with our new friends of the law) Lacey and Brandon ROCKED their session–I think their images below say it all. They were up for anything we asked of them and Beau and I really enjoyed getting to know them better.

Thanks again to the Chattanooga Police Dept as well as to Lacey and Brandon, we made hilarious memories and that night is definitely in my list of favorites. Looking forward to your wedding in a few weeks!
