Update…

Y’all I’m in a season. Not sure what exactly to call it but I’m referring to it as a season of seeking presence. Life gets really noisy, sometimes just for the sake of noise, and it depletes my ability to focus well on anything. I deleted socials for the first time in my life and just took a breath (ask me how it went sometime—fascinating experiment!).

Last week I skipped town to Florida to love on a family member with a recent diagnosis, meet a new niece, visit unencumbered with family and friends, journal and plan, and have dinner and ice cream at the beach with my parents.

It’s been good. Very good. I’ll be back soon enough and I’m looking forward to it.
