Stephanie & Jerime’s Wedding Book

I’m loving Stephanie’s book–it just arrived and I thought I would share a sneak peek of the layout with you guys. We ordered their album with a soft brown leather cover and a creamy white accent–luscious! Gimme feedback and let us know what you think…

Celebrity Wedding?!

Well almost…:)Ashley and Bart Simpson said “I Do” on May 22 and we were so excited to capture it. We have a special love for First Cumberland Presbyterian Church (it was where we shot our first wedding many moons ago!) and were thrilled to see all of the attention to detail that Ashley paid. The Mill was lovely as always and a special thanks to Kimmee’s Cakes, Sound Force, and Ever After Bridal (her customized gown was simply gorge!). Congratulations you two, we wish you a lifetime of love!

Lacey+Brandon

So, I’m excited to say that for the first time we actually had the cops called on us while photographing! Woo Hoo! Now the rebel in me would love to be able to say that we were doing something daring or even illegal to get “the shot” but really it was all a misunderstanding. During Lacey and Brandon’s engagement session apparently a concerned (or maybe nosey?) citizen called the police and swore that we were “illegally hunting” and had guns on public property. When the police began arriving Beau and I nervously held up our “weapons” and showed them that we were just taking pictures.:)Ten minutes and four cops later, we were given the go ahead to continue photographing in the field. Even after all the confusion (and many good laughs with our new friends of the law) Lacey and Brandon ROCKED their session–I think their images below say it all. They were up for anything we asked of them and Beau and I really enjoyed getting to know them better.

Thanks again to the Chattanooga Police Dept as well as to Lacey and Brandon, we made hilarious memories and that night is definitely in my list of favorites. Looking forward to your wedding in a few weeks!

Ashley+Bart

Ashley and Bart are amazing! They are a seriously fun-loving and energetic couple and we were so impressed with their willingness to go to the ends of the earth (or at least to the middle of nowhere) for “THE shot”. Thank you two again for an incredible photo shoot–we loved making such crazy memories with you as we chased the sun and I haven’t laughed that hard in a while. Your wedding later this month is going to be wonderful!

I’ll let their pictures do the talking…:)

Brooke+Edward

Brooke and Edward’s intimate wedding at Our Lady of the Mount and reception at Easy Bistro were so full of fabulous color and eye-candy it made me wanna smack my mama (sorry mom)!:)Overcast skies and the threat of rain gave simply gorgeous light and a terrific afternoon of urban photographs. Thanks to Divine Designs by Amanda and Monica’s Bridal for a job well done. And a HUGE thanks to Pam Newberry for her incredible wedding coordinating–fabulous as always! Congratulations Brooke and Edward!
